Shipping policy
An adult signature is required upon delivery from UPS for all tobacco purchases.
We ship to our customers via USPS or UPS to the contiguous United States except for states where explicitly prohibited.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are calculated automatically by UPS for your destination. Ground, 2nd day air, and Next day service levels are available.
Orders subtotaling over $29.99 before discounts qualify for free USPS Ground Advantage shipping. You must choose the Free shipping over $30 option at checkout, otherwise the default shipping method will be selected for you.
Payment options
All purchases are made through Authorize.net, an online payment system owned by Visa. We accept all major credit and debit cards (both domestic and international), including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club International, China UnionPay, and more.
