Kingdomcigar.com Return Policy
Effective April 1, 2024
All returns must be made by mail within 30 days of the purchase date. Please see below for details. Kingdomcigar.com reserves the right to amend this return policy without notice.
Cigar Boxes, Bundles, Tins, and Tobacco Containers
- All returns must be pre-authorized via email at returns@kingdomcigar.com
- Any product returned without pre-authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund, if eligible.
- If the cigar box, bundle, full tin, or tobacco container is unopened and visibly damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at returns@kingdomcigar.com for pre-authorization. A delay in notification may preclude your return. Photo evidence is required for all products that are damaged upon receipt.
- New, unopened cigar boxes, bundles, full tin, or tobacco container may be eligible for a full refund minus shipping charges.
- If more than one cigar is missing from an open box, bundle, or full tin unit, the item will not be eligible for a full refund; the item may be eligible for a partial refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping charges.
- Cigars that have been cut or smoked will NOT be eligible for a refund
- Open containers of tobacco will NOT be eligible for a refund
- Promotional items must be returned, or a restocking fee equivalent to the retail price may be deducted from any refund, if eligible.
Cigar Samplers, 10-Packs and Singles
- Cigar Samplers, 10-Packs and Single Cigars are final sale and cannot be returned.
Cigar Accessories and Other Merchandise
- All returns must be pre-authorized via email at returns@kingdomcigar.com
- Merchandise returned without pre-authorization will be subject to a 50% restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund, if eligible.
- New, unopened merchandise may be eligible for a full refund, minus shipping charges.
- If unopened and visibly damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at returns@kingdomcigar.com for pre-authorization. A delay in notification may preclude your return. Photo evidence is required for all cigars that are damaged upon receipt.
- The manufacturers of Lotus® and Vertigo® accessories provide a lifetime guarantee. Contact at returns@kingdomcigar.com to arrange return or replacement. Lotus and Vertigo are registered trademarks of David JR, LLC.
